Dave is the master mind of the group. He has been in the business for over 26 years as a full time agent dealing with Purchaser(s) or Seller(s), with his ability and knowledge, helping his clients make the best and most informed decision. Directs and oversees all aspects of operations. Structures and negotiates all contracts on behalf of our clients whether you are in the Purchaser(s) or Seller(s) seat. Dave attends listing appointments, buyer interviews, daily showings, and previewing of properties. He will always keep you informed with showing feed-back to the sellers and daily communication of all new inventory to the market. He continually pursues his education through seminars, continuing education and using the latest technology.
